The manager will monitor performance metrics, collaborate with marketing, operations, construction, and development teams, and ensure every property’s leasing presentation reflects the company’s luxury standards.
The role also demands a culture of exceptional customer service, resolving escalated resident concerns and building lasting relationships that drive retention. Financial duties involve contributing to annual budgets, lease‑up pro formas, and managing expenditures for staffing, marketing, concessions, and revenue‑management initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of leasing strategy experience for luxury or Class A multifamily properties, preferably in the Chicago market, with proven success managing high‑profile assets. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, advanced proficiency with Yardi and Salesforce is required, and an Illinois Real Estate Leasing Agent license must be obtained within 120 days.
