As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will assist users in resolving technical issues related to PCs, Macs, desktop applications, antivirus software, smartphones, and printers. You will be part of a dedicated IT team supporting a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Consult with users and offer guidance on technology usage and best practices.
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows desktop environments.
- Utilize remote support tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional tech support to end-users, managers, and executives.
- Communicate promptly when issues require escalation.
- Install and configure hardware for desktops and laptops.
