Collaborate with architects, planners, and environmental consultants to integrate land use, zoning, and permitting requirements.
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater systems, detention ponds, and green infrastructure.
Mentor junior engineers in site design techniques, CAD standards, and regulatory compliance.
Lead design and management of site development projects, including mixed-use, civic, commercial, and institutional campuses, and industrial parks.
Develop grading, stormwater, erosion control, and utility plans to support land development initiatives.
Provide construction-phase services including RFIs, shop drawings, and field inspections to ensure compliance with design intent.
Manage entitlements and approvals with municipalities, DOTs, and regulatory agencies.

Experience with site layout, roadway access, parking, and utility coordination for large-scale developments.
10+ years of professional experience in land development, or 10+ years as a licensed PE.
