Overview
Maintain, repair, and commission large commercial chillers and central plant equipment.

Tasks
-Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. -Maintain and repair central plant equipment, including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, vane axial fans, and other auxiliary equipment. -Perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all associated equipment of chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment. -Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers -Work directly with the Chiller Field Supervisor on new and existing customer opportunities or issues. -Attend monthly safety meetings. -Provide technical support and troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all on-site equipment. -Ensure completion of maintenance within the scheduled month and allocated time. -Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties for chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment. -Support the office with recommended repairs from delivery to completion. -Responsible for end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning.

What You Bring
-HVAC large tonnage field knowledge is required. -Commercial/Industrial air conditioning experience required. -Familiar with all aspects of rigging. -Valid driver’s license. -Must be available for emergency service calls “on call” through normal rotation. -Availability for emergency service calls “on-call” through normal rotation. -Knowledge of Chiller, HVAC, and Central Plants. -Effective oral and written communication skills. -5 years of work experience at the journeyman level and technical schooling. -EPA certified.
