Participate in safety training and drills.
Research the breakdown causes and make the necessary repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
Test and verify quality of parts before, during, and after the production according to the procedures.
Press the different types of plates according to standard operating procedures.
Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the work place and press lines.
Run, monitor and adjust the press line to achieve quality specifications to account for variables such as new tools, material, etc.
Manage inventory of both raw material and finished goods, packing and handling effectively and efficiently.
Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
Document and communicate issues to stakeholders
Process the tool changes and cleaning.
Use PPE and safety equipment as required.

Proficient at reading technical drawings and blueprints.

Meticulous attention to detail and focus on quality
