- Remove, replace, or adjust brakes, fifth wheel, minor electrical components, cab accessories, and trailer parts with supervision
- Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles as trained

- Pick up and deliver vehicles
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Use hand tools and power tools, including pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, jacks, and hoists
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication
- Adjust and reassemble brakes, tighten bolts and screws
- Raise trucks, buses, and heavy equipment with hydraulic jacks or hoists
