Educate casthouse operators and engineering personnel on ingot casting best practices
Organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional R&D initiatives for Rolled Products in the casting and melting/recycling areas.
Use available casting/recovery data systems to drive the biggest impact in improving casthouse productivity
Drive best metal quality practices to ensure a consistent, suitable product out of the ingot plant
