Description
Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required
Carry out site/home visits to take accurate measurements, ensuring precision in all design plans
Be the first point of contact to resolve challenging situations, customer complaints or feedback in the K&B Centre
Identify and win new business opportunities through personal outreach and leads generated by the branch, demonstrating active follow-up to convert these into new accounts
Provide advice on products and solutions with a key focus on the core K&B range
Maintain and grow both new and existing customer relationships to maximise their lifetime value through fostering long-term relationships and building trust, in order to understand and deliver their current and future requirements
Develop K&B product knowledge and competence across all branch colleagues
Maintain excellent standards within the K&B Centre
Adhere to all company practice and policy, especially in relation to health and safety, compliance and business controls
Continually develop your knowledge of product lines, market trends and competitor offering to meet customer needs
Foster and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with Suppliers, identifying and maximising on beneficial trading opportunities
