Lead the design and development of complex highway projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
15+ years of experience in the design of roads, streets, highways, and motorways
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized global organization
Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university
Proficiency in ORD software and Civil 3D software for design and coordination
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of local and international highway design standards and regulations
Experience in traffic analysis and transportation planning
Experience with BIM and CDE in a collaborative engineering environment
Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and fostering team development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions
