Dewberry’s Architecture Team is seeking an energetic Architectural Intern for Summer 2026 to join the Fairfax, VA office. The intern will receive specific, detailed instructions for project tasks, work independently or on a team on a self‑guided summer project, and complete work efforts in a timely and comprehensive manner. Initiative, research, and seeking guidance from mentors are expected, along with skills in design research, studies, graphics, and renderings.
Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university and demonstrate experience with Revit, Sketch‑up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Required abilities include digital and traditional rendering, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, teamwork, organization, clear design thinking, and effective oral and written communication. A design portfolio or work samples are also required.
