Description

A Team Lead position responsible for managing a direct and indirect team of 25‑50 professionals. The role oversees BPO supervisors and processors in accounts payable, collections, and sales, aligning activities with business objectives.

The leader ensures timely reporting of MIS and metrics, works with global stakeholders to deliver accurate results, resolves quality‑control issues, and meets productivity standards. They also introduce and follow standard procedures, mentor the team, identify training gaps, perform regular performance evaluations, and foster professional communication with internal customers.

• Lead a team of 25‑50 BPO supervisors and processors across accounts payable, collections, and sales.
• Generate accurate MIS reports and key performance metrics on schedule.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables.
• Resolve quality‑control issues and meet individual productivity targets.
• Implement and standardize new procedures while maintaining existing protocols.
• Mentor team members to boost performance and motivation.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the training department.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and onboard new hires to company standards.
• Maintain professional communication with internal customers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an accredited bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent high school diploma with four years of relevant experience), possess six years of experience in audit, accounts, and finance, and have at least two years of team‑management experience.

The position involves repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing within a professional office setting using standard equipment.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 6 years in audit/accounts‑finance and 2 years supervisory experience; alternatively, high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
