Support project teams in coordinating works across disciplines
Support project meetings, reviews and planning workshops
Contribute to lessons learned and best practice sharing across projects
Identify critical path activities, constraints and dependencies

Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure alignment on schedules
Contribute to project risk identification, mitigation and reporting

Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules using planning software
Support adoption of digital planning and scheduling systems
Produce progress reports, dashboards and visualisations for internal and client use

Willingness to learn planning methodologies and project control principles
Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Professional membership of a relevant body such as AACE, RICS or PMI
Exposure to complex multi-disciplinary projects
Analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Work experience or internship in construction, planning or scheduling
