As a member of the CSA team you will develop design and technical expertise while supporting semiconductor manufacturing projects from concept through detailed design to construction. Responsibilities include generating specifications, providing technical analysis, contributing to design reviews and continuously learning about new technologies to advise clients effectively.
The role is open to students pursuing a degree in Architectural Technology. Candidates should demonstrate Arcadian skills such as resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork, possess excellent communication abilities, and be able to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. Willingness to travel or work virtually when required is also expected.
Arcadis’s Intern & Placement programme offers a 10‑12‑week internship or a 12‑month placement that provides hands‑on experience, technical training and professional development aligned with the company’s core values. Participants work on real projects and with real clients, gaining exposure to a variety of tasks throughout the placement.
