- Conducting detailed surveys and travel advances as needed.
- Escort/protect small to large teams of employees and contractors at low to high visibility events.
- Maintaining communication with the Principal(s) regarding all aspects of protective operation processes.
- Conducting security and threat assessment audits of the property, event venues, and recommending improvement for on-site security measures.
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends and holidays
- Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
- Maintaining operational proficiency for all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e., vehicles, medical supplies, communications devices).
- Maintaining physical readiness to respond to reasonably anticipated security threats.
- Collaborating with other members of Corporate Security, executive support staff, and related teams to ensure the timely exchange of information regarding schedules, threats, travel, and administrative requirements.
- Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
- Participate in recurring protective operations training to include, but not limited to firearms, tactics, driving, and medical training.

- Demonstrating exceptional results in a close protection (field security) role.
- Overseas security operations experience Preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various work environments while always maintaining a high level of attentiveness, professional demeanor, and energy. Required
- Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
- Current Top Secret security clearance. Preferred
- Experience in risk management identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats to the Principals, required. Required
- Other: Current HR 218 certification Preferred
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to read small print and symbols
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships and maintaining effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders, required. Required
- Exercising sound operational judgment, as well as flexibility to shift priorities and challenges.
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 20 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Military, Intelligence, or a combination thereof, with five of those years in an Executive Protection or other tactical team.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to provide off hours support as required.
- Current US Passport and license or appropriate state credentialing, required. Required
- Must be able and willing to travel as needed.
- Driver's License Required
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time Required
- Exercise sound operational judgment, flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and challenges including changes in travel, post-standing, driving, and other assigned duties. Required
- Eligible for TS clearance within one year of hiring, required. Required
- EMT, AED, CPR or other first aid training experience Preferred
- Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
