Description

The Microbiology Analyst role is full‑time, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30‑17:00, based in the laboratory. The analyst will work with the laboratory team to carry out microbiological testing on water, following standard operating procedures and quality control protocols, while developing technical expertise in microbiology.

Record and process incoming water samples in accordance with client specifications and timelines.
Conduct microbiological analyses following SOPs and maintain rigorous quality control.
Ensure compliance with laboratory regulatory requirements and support ISO 17025 accreditation.
Verify that all instrumentation and equipment are functioning correctly to guarantee reliable results.
Stand and walk for most of the workday while maintaining a safe laboratory environment.
Arrange reliable commuting or relocation prior to starting employment.
