Manage communication with building services and open work tickets as necessary.
Assist the Office Services Manager and Human Resources department with event planning including holiday parties, company gatherings, trainings, external meetings, etc.
Order groceries for café area and office supplies as needed.
Greet office guests with a positive, helpful attitude and notify employee(s) of arrival.
Create and maintain up-to-date resource materials and instructions on all front desk procedures and guidelines.
Manage office conference rooms (room reservation, catering needs, and general maintenance).
Organize and tidy reception and common areas (café, coffee areas, supply room, copy rooms, conference rooms, etc.) daily.
Utilize Canva and PowerPoint to design and update office communications, celebrate employee milestones and advertise upcoming company events.
Assist with office projects and perform other administrative duties as requested.
Organize and process incoming/outgoing mail, messenger service, and package deliveries. Includes regular use of UPS and Pitney Bowes machines.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to prioritize assignments.
Creativity and marketing savvy are desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites and strong typing skills.
