The CNA Med Tech will provide low‑acuity resident care—no lifts or two‑person assists—and maintain a high resident‑to‑staff ratio to promote independence and safety. Responsibilities include personal care activities, administering medications as prescribed, documenting administration, effectiveness, and any adverse reactions under a licensed nurse’s supervision.
Candidates must have at least one year of medication‑passing experience in an assisted‑living or senior‑living community, a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of one year working in assisted living, memory care, or a skilled setting.

The Medication Aide/CNA position is located in the Clinical department and reports to the Director of Health Services. This is a full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt role with a pay range of $18‑19 per hour, based on credentials and experience. Shifts run from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm with rotating weekends.
