The Project Manager provides overall leadership for assigned projects, serves as the primary customer contact, collaborates with superintendents and project engineers, and follows company policies to meet both company and client objectives, reporting to a Project Executive, Division Manager, or Senior Project Manager as appropriate.
- Ensure job safety compliance with SSHASP, OSHA standards, and safety protocols (AHA’s, Toolbox Talks) to maintain incident‑free outcomes.
- Conduct daily safety reporting, perform safety walks, review Arrowsight footage, and lead stand‑downs and root‑cause investigations.
- Perform daily and weekly quantity reviews, generate cost detail reports, and manage HeavyJob timecards and HeavyBid reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payment applications, track extra work, and lead change order processes including notices and time impact analysis.
- Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices, payroll, equipment data, and ensure accurate recordkeeping for compliance.
- Develop, approve, and update CPM schedules; coordinate weekly look‑ahead schedules and ensure alignment with baseline plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and utility providers; oversee material deliveries and long‑lead items to support production schedules.
- Lead meetings with owners, partners, and stakeholders, representing the company in project discussions.
- Enforce quality control using the Project Management Manual, conduct SWPPP inspections, and address non‑conforming work.
- Maintain complete project documentation in electronic systems and hard‑copy field office files.

Qualifications include a B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (or related field) with 7+ years of experience, at least 2 years managing projects of $10M+ value, proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Viewpoint, and Primavera P6, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license with ability to obtain TWIC or similar credentials.
Benefits
Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $200,000 annually, supplemented by comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, disability, identity theft protection, 401(k), employee assistance, and paid time off.
