This is the a new role in the projects team, working directly with the Head of Professional Services. As a Level 3 Project Engineer, you'll take ownership of delivering infrastructure and cloud projects end-to-end, with minimal handholding.

5+ years MSP experience (non-negotiable).
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Proven track record of delivering client projects end-to-end.
Additional Microsoft certs (AZ-700, SC-series).
Minimum 4 days onsite in Dublin 12 (during probation period).
Broader networking skills (QoS, DHCP, Aruba, etc.).
AZ-104 certification required.
Firewall experience (SonicWall ideal).

Confident working independently but also collaborative with team and leadership.
- 5+ years MSP experience (non-negotiable).
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering client projects end-to-end.
