Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
Support project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Maintain professional relationships with unions and manage industrial relations issues.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and design team to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and implement the project quality plan.
Ensure accurate documentation, including site diaries and progress photographs.
Address audit findings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct constructability reviews and recommend design changes to improve efficiency.
Communicate critical issues to senior management promptly.
