What you would be doing

  • Receive, unpack, and distribute deliveries and courier packages.
  • Upload project write-ups and staff CVs to internal databases (SMKC).
  • Provide reception support when needed, including welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, binding, and filing documents.
  • Prepare and reset meeting rooms before and after use (three rooms in regular rotation).
  • Manage stationery inventory and place orders as required.
  • Provide general office and facilities support, including stocktaking, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness (e.g., emptying the dishwasher).
  • Ensure common areas such as reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms are tidy and functional.
  • Coordinate catering arrangements and clean-up for meetings and events.
  • Organise vehicle servicing, repairs, and WOFs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general office queries and support.
