Prepare detailed reports on observed activities, including personnel, equipment, location, and methods utilized.
Coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by contractors.
Report on any violations of health and safety regulations in construction works.
Monitor and document contractor manpower and equipment resources on a daily basis.
Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply, to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and building codes.
Conduct site measurements and surveying checks as needed.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures and site safety measures.
Read and interpret package contract documents, detailed drawings, and specifications, including any associated updates.
Process incoming inspection requests and technical submittals, taking necessary actions as required.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction Supervision with a Consultancy, focusing on mechanical systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports in English
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction techniques and installation processes
Willingness to work on-site in various locations throughout Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with various building types, particularly high-rise, mixed-use residential and commercial, retail, and hospitality projects
Diploma in Engineering required; related degree in Engineering fields preferred for career progression
Extensive knowledge of mechanical methodologies, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and building codes
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures in construction
