Schedule and coordinate inspections of apartments, corresponding with residents about items in their apartment that need to be changed due to the lease terms.
Respond and close assigned customer service cases, responding to resident questions and complaints.
Inspect and manage upwards of 20+ occupied apartments daily to identify any maintenance issues, verify data on the apartment, and ensure that NYC Local Laws are upheld.
Use multiple technology platforms to effectively conduct job responsibilities.
Report inspection findings during the workday using tracking software programs for accountability.
