Description
The Head – Module Process is responsible for overall process control, technical evaluation of raw materials and defect‑reduction analysis. The role drives process‑excellence initiatives such as alternate‑vendor development, QMS implementation, and internal and external audits. It also makes decisions on supplier selection, optimizes resources, ensures safety compliance, improves processes and communicates effectively with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality output.
- Oversee end‑to‑end process control for module manufacturing.
- Evaluate raw‑material specifications and approve technical suppliers.
- Conduct defect‑reduction analysis and drive process‑excellence projects.
- Develop alternate vendors to diversify the supply base.
- Implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Optimize resource utilization and drive safety compliance.
- Identify and execute continuous process‑improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure high‑quality output.
