Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Technician supports the Human Resource Information Systems across the Doyon family of companies. The role provides system support, reporting, documentation, training, and customer service for platforms such as UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, iCIMS, and other HR applications, with responsibility increasing from Technician I to III.
- Provide customer‑focused help‑desk support for HRIS and related HR systems.
- Respond to, track, and resolve help‑desk requests; identify trends for improvement.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across HR platforms.
- Create, update, and run HRIS reports and develop dashboards.
- Prepare and distribute HRIS communications and maintain documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, and training modules.
- Technician II/III: Investigate complex system issues and recommend solutions.
- Technician II/III: Develop training materials, user guides, and serve as functional lead for specific modules.
- Technician III: Lead system upgrades, integrations, testing, and strategic HRIS projects.
- Technician III: Mentor and train junior HRIS staff; establish standards and best practices.

- Required – Technician I: High school diploma/GED, 1 year computer application use, 1 year customer service, MS Office proficiency.
- Required – Technician II: 2 years HRIS or related system experience, 2 years customer service, strong Excel skills.
- Required – Technician III: 4+ years progressive HRIS experience, advanced enterprise system support, strong analytical and project‑leadership abilities.
- Preferred: Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, iCIMS; help‑desk or technical support background; procedure documentation; AA/AS degree in a computer‑related field; advanced Excel/reporting.
