  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivables and billings as required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various spreadsheets and the printing of materials
  • Log data entries for salaried timesheet project allocations for payroll purposes
  • Welcome all afternoon visitors to the company and direct them to meeting rooms or ensure appropriate person is advised they have arrived
