The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact, building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal support teams, establishing regular status‑update meetings, and coordinating resource logistics. Responsibilities include prioritizing and estimating effort for client support requests, assigning functional and technical resources, monitoring progress, and intervening to meet client needs.
Key duties also involve leading kick‑off meetings with new clients, setting expectations, gathering project information, and conducting periodic status meetings with the internal Guidehouse team. The role requires developing and maintaining procedures for engagement start‑up, creating budget analyses that compare planned versus actual hours and spend, and training clients on Guidehouse tools such as the project portal.
Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with tenant management, Workday Community features, supporting consultants in prioritizing work, and contributing to RFP/RFI responses, SOW language, and oral presentations for post‑production support and optimization services.
Guidehouse is seeking a SaaS/PaaS/Cloud Consulting professional to manage and lead the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. The role involves production support, assessments, Phase X deployments, and advising on Workday program governance and support models. Travel up to 25% may be required, and no security clearance is needed.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree plus four years of Workday or other ERP post‑production support/optimization experience (or equivalent combinations of education and experience), three years of leading Workday client initiatives, and experience advising on governance and support models. Up to 25% travel is expected, with a focus on remote or Guidehouse office work and on‑site support for key milestones.
Preferred qualifications include a Workday Engagement Manager Certification and public‑sector experience. The annual salary range is $130,000–$216,000, with compensation based on skills, experience, certifications, and other factors.
