Extensive experience managing the end-to-end people lifecycle, ensuring consistency and high standard of service delivery throughout
Confidence in facilitating discussions and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences, including Senior Stakeholders
Experience in designing enterprise-wide people programs including workforce planning, performance management, listening strategies, leadership development, organisational design & development, talent management and reward
Experience working in a matrixed environment, with an evolving business landscape
Extensive experience partnering with Senior Levels within complex, dynamic and scaling environments
Change management expertise and extensive experience in leading teams through transformation and growth
Extensive knowledge of people systems and supporting technologies
Relevant qualifications or extensive working knowledge of employment law in Australia
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate diverse perspectives and foster alignment across the People team and the business
Demonstrated experience with People Consulting practices supported by strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively program manage a number of initiatives simultaneously
