- Prepare and present executive-level reporting packs for leadership and investors.
- Continuously improve FP&A modelling tools, systems, and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Analyse financial results and KPIs to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights that challenge and support business performance.
- Partner with teams across the business to understand their drivers and provide financial modelling and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, investment appraisal, and capital planning.
- Provide analytical support to inform long-term financial strategy and capital allocation decisions.
- Act as a strategic thought partner, evaluating business cases and investment proposals.
- Support the adoption of automation and predictive analytics.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to elevate the finance function.

- Advanced Excel skills for modelling, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a commercially analytical role, with a focus on modelling.
- Project management skills and resilience to manage projects to completion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models.
- Strong ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make sound financial recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
