Tasks

-Implement and maintain currency of the Asset Management Plan and procedures for delivery of integrated asset management activities. -Direct and oversee the development of Life Cycle Cost analyses, asset optimisation studies and recommendations for cost reduction whilst maintaining agreed levels of reliability and availability. -Deliver and maintain the integrated Asset Management Services Master Schedule -Direct the Reliability program, Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD) program and Maintenance Effectiveness program. -Drive Capability Innovation and Efficiency initiatives and Sustainment Performance Analysis across the Program. -Drive Enterprise risk management and assurance activities across the program. -Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of a robust Asset Management System by providing professional advice and technical recommendations as an SME. -As a key member of the programs’ Leadership Team, interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in developing and delivering platform sustainment optimisation recommendations within a balanced project budget.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent, qualification in a recognised related discipline. -5+ years of relevant experience in project management, asset optimisation, and maritime sustainment within the Defence domain. -Deep understanding of DSWmS Framework -ILS and LSA training and optimisation -Risk Management experience
