Coordination for arrangement of Inland/ overseas transportation.
Processing of bills of CHA/FF/Transporters and ensure timely payment.
EXPORTS: Responsible for
Review of Shipment Request Form (SRF) and packing list (License, Order copy etc)
Documentation & coordination for availing Import/ Export benefits under various govt schemes such as EPCG, DEEC, etc.
Import documents from supplier (review of documents) in discussion with EXIM department
Filing of documents with the Authorized Officer of Customs in the Special Economic Zone together with relevant documents, namely, invoice, packing list and Currency Declaration Form (GR) etc.
Verification of Shipping Documents (Invoice/Pkg list/ BL/AWB) as per PO terms.
