Define, document, and maintain “best practice” business processes, standard operating procedures, and ERP configurations.
Ensure all technical changes support and enhance overall business process objectives.
Manage 3rd party vendor relationships for ERP support, handling ticket escalation, coordination, and vendor accountability.
Act as executive escalation point for unresolved ERP issues, ensuring business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensure comprehensive integration and alignment between business strategies, operational workflows, and the ERP platform across all departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, etc.)
Own the change governance process, including impact analysis, documentation, approvals, and compliance tracking.
Serve as the bridge between business operations and IT, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Collaborate with IT, solution architects, and 3rd parties on system integrations, upgrades, and ERP-related initiatives.
Oversee the design, implementation, and continual optimization of end-to-end business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Drive process harmonization, consistency, and data integrity throughout the company.
Ensure that process changes, enhancements, and new features are well planned, communicated, and adopted with minimal business disruption.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business systems analysts dedicated to ERP process oversight.
Assign projects, set priorities, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure exceptional team performance and growth.
Analyze support trends, business KPIs, and user feedback for actionable insights.
