Overall, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in sourcing specialized talent to build high-performing teams that drive innovation and growth within the home automation industry. This role is instrumental in driving sales and operations hiring and contributes significantly to supporting the growth initiatives of the business.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment tools to effectively evaluate candidates' competencies.
• Analyze data, prepare MIS, identify trends and insights related to hiring, and make timely interventions to improve the quality of hiring and efficiency of the process.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities, proactively source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer, engagement with selected applicants and seamless handover to the onboarding and business teams.

Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition to join our growing Hyderabad team. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's recruitment strategy and attracting top talent to support our expansion efforts in the home automation industry.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Customer Centricity
• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in hiring for sales and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
