A real‑time property operations platform digitizing inspections, maintenance, leasing and asset workflows
The Senior Manager of Information Services will centralize and optimize the management of HappyCo’s SaaS portfolio, linking data and workflows across departments, and driving AI and automation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Transformation and Operations, the role oversees provisioning, security, integration, cost management, and cross‑functional alignment with leadership, finance, and people teams.
Key responsibilities include end‑to‑end SaaS lifecycle management, access governance, vendor and license negotiations, integration and workflow optimization, and strategic roadmap development for the information services ecosystem. The role also champions emerging AI technologies and ensures alignment of technology investments with business objectives.
Required qualifications are 6‑8 years of IT or SaaS operations experience, proven SaaS and vendor management, strong knowledge of licensing, security, and compliance, AI‑tool experience, remote‑first support, project management, stakeholder communication, and cost‑optimization skills. Preferred qualifications include certifications in common business systems, familiarity with integration platforms, security frameworks, and change‑management expertise.
Success in the first 90 days involves auditing the SaaS inventory, building stakeholder relationships, documenting processes, and identifying quick wins and data relationships. Within the first year the manager is expected to implement governance policies, achieve cost savings, improve adoption, establish HappyCo as a SaaS‑management benchmark, and scale AI‑driven automation.
