Experience managing environmental multi-disciplinary Design Build projects is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions and develop solutions under challenging conditions and circumstances.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team framework.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with automating design practices is preferred.
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited program preferred.
Up to 25% travel may be required for this position.
Experience executing and selling civil/environmental design-build projects.
Experience working with international resources preferred.
Strong commitments to safety, quality and attention to detail are a must.
Experience managing coal combustion residual (CCR) projects, including Facility Evaluation Reports, civil closure designs, etc. is a plus.
Knowledge of industry safety and environmental regulations.
Minimum 7 years of related professional experience (10 years preferred).
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present technical information.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Experience in the design and management of mine reclamation, stream restoration, etc., projects is a plus.
