Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs.
Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in career fairs and other talent-sourcing events.
Post job advertisements and manage applications through recruitment platforms.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Resources Department.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interviewing skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Ability to join immediately.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
