Must have minimum of five (5) years of experience in Quality Control evaluation and reporting in the fields of construction or facility management work.
Experience utilizing DMLLS Software is desirable.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality control evaluation working in comparable size healthcare facilities.
Familiarity of ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and execution
Two (2) TJC Surveys is desirable
Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes, regulations, and standards.
