Perform daily treasury duties including uploading positive pay files, account transfers, wires, etc. Maintain supporting documentation for all treasury functions, and a weekly cash report sent out to various department members
Provide analytical summaries for various company KPI’s, including but not limited to, sales data, revenue analysis, variance analysis from budget and forecasts, and maintaining various excel models
Prepare and document annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, including all supporting documentation such as leasing templates, tenant analysis, property and portfolio analysis, and other various financial/performance metrics. Work alongside leasing, asset management, property General Managers, marketing, etc. to coordinate the final product.
Coordinate with various levels of management and departments to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations, reports, and analysis for monthly reporting packages, business planning, etc.
Conduct property level analyses assessing the financial impact of developments, expansions and significant leasing activities on investor returns as needed
