

Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
The role operates under limited supervision, performing daily tasks that may include explaining instructions and documentation, coordinating the movement of materials and equipment, completing and reviewing records, maintaining tools, and conducting various cleanup activities. The job may require moderate to heavy lifting and requires strict adherence to safety rules and the use of required personal protective equipment.
Mechanics will work with a variety of fleet assets such as forklifts, half‑to‑one‑ton trucks, vans, aerial equipment, generators, light towers, sweepers, scrubbers, utility carts, and scow removal equipment to support plant operations.
The Fleet General Foreman is expected to uphold B&R Business Ethics and Code of Conduct, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, foster synergy across work groups, ensure compliance with job‑site procedures, assist team members, and build strong client relationships.
Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or GED, possess a valid travel driver's license, and be able to work in dusty, hot, cold, or wet conditions. Physical requirements include the ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and elevated walkways, stand, stoop for extended periods, navigate tight spaces, and lift 50 lb alone or up to 80 lb with assistance.
The standard work schedule follows a 5‑day, 8‑hour shift pattern, with mandatory use of PPE such as hard hats, hearing and eye protection, safety shoes, respirators, Nomex clothing, and gloves. Additional hours may be required at the client’s request to support maintenance, capital, and production activities.
