Description

• Follow the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture on every job site.
• Read building plans and sketches to determine required materials and dimensions.
• Layout and place building materials using levels, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying tools.
• Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other building materials.
• Construct frameworks such as walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Maintain a clean work area and care for hand and power tools.
• Inspect work‑in‑progress to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction helpers.
• Perform basic concrete formwork, place, and finish concrete when required.
• Deliver workmanship of the highest quality.
• Travel up to 70 + miles to project sites and work in various climate conditions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Requirements

We are recruiting an experienced Carpenter to construct, fabricate, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures for both temporary and permanent building enclosures. The role includes rough and finish carpentry, interior/exterior blocking, basic concrete formwork, door‑frame setting, and, depending on the region, placing and finishing concrete, all performed within our Incident and Injury Free safety culture.

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and completed an apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Demonstrate proven carpentry experience with the ability to lift and move up to 100 lb regularly.
• Proficiently use power tools and measurement equipment such as saws, hammers, levels, and theodolites.
• Exhibit strong problem‑solving skills, integrity, high attention to detail, and basic computer/math abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of contributing positively to a team environment.
