Regularly visit customers to grow relationships and identify new opportunities
Increase brand awareness by attending local, regional and national trade show events.
Identify opportunities for the entire portfolio of Waudena products
Execute customer programs in your territory from start to finish
Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Wausau Supply Company employee handbook.
Complete all sales reports on time and accurately.
Identify, evaluate and onboard new Waudena dealers in valuable greenfield markets.
Conduct educational meetings for large and small audiences
Promote online capabilities and train OSRs using online resources (Configurator)
Increase sales with key Waudena accounts by executing personal and company sales initiatives.

High School Diploma, College Degree and/or 2-5 years of related sales experience.
Compliance with all company safety initiatives and safety observations to meet company goals.
Knowledge of entrance systems may be helpful but is not a requirement
Capable of travelling, including some overnights during weekdays, up to 50%
Strong professionalism to maintain a positive brand for Wausau Supply Company and Waudena Entrance Systems
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally
Strong people skills needed to grow relationships
Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to help meet/exceed territory goals.
Effective and efficient verbal & written communication
Must possess an MVR that meets the auto insurance requirements.
Aptitude to learn apps and programs to complete daily functions
Commanding, energetic presentation skills,
Basic knowledge of residential construction, repair & remodel and multi-family projects.
Substantial planning and organizational abilities.
Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
