Description

The BIM Modeler II joins our production team to deliver accurate and efficient Revit modeling for project delivery and standards. Working with the Lead Modeler, you will create Revit families, set up views, templates, and filters, and document progress while adhering to Rosendin standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Model and document electrical projects in Revit, creating families, views, templates, and filters per Rosendin standards.
• Lead modeling efforts for assigned scopes and input field details into Revit.
• Follow REI BIM processes, standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Read and interpret 2D plans, lighting and panel schedules, and coordinate 3D models with other trades.
• Utilize BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud, NavisWorks, and Microsoft Office to import documents and manage data.

Requirements

• Prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure with a solutions‑oriented attitude.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and collaborate with all employee levels.
• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred; at least 2 years of electrical drafting experience.
• Proficient in Revit, including view manipulation, worksharing, schedules, and family creation.
• Ability to proofread, spell‑check, and produce constructible design documents without supervision.

The role involves typical office conditions such as prolonged sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lb, with work performed primarily indoors under standard lighting and climate control.
