Founded in late 2021, Salter Grange launched with a senior team carrying over 40 years of recruitment expertise.
Rapidly built a foothold in the UK and Ireland by sourcing talent for construction, property, and engineering roles.
Served a diverse portfolio—from high-rise residential and commercial builds to mission‑critical data centres.
Led by directors Martin McCoy and Stephen McAneney, who co-founded the firm and maintain active operational roles.
Its standout niche: placing candidates in specialist, fast‑track tech‑infrastructure projects like global data‑centres.
