- Oversee design information from early stages through to construction and handover, ensuring buildability, performance, and maintainability.

- Proven experience as a Design Manager in complex architectural and façade delivery.
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related construction discipline (Chartered status desirable).
- Animal health / high-containment laboratories experience – highly advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, problem-solve and deliver under pressure.
- Laboratories project experience – essential.
