Mobile Equipment Operation: Competent in operating Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, and Forklifts. Competency operating a dozer and excavator advantageous
Team Player: Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Current General Construction Induction Card: You must hold a valid General Construction Induction card.
Fixed Plant: An ability to learn the operating systems of an Astec Double Barrel Asphalt Plant.
Mechanical Skills: Experience as a fitter or a mechanically minded background is preferred.
Flexibility: Ability to work day and night shifts as required.
Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in asphalt manufacturing or a related field is desired.
