
Designs and manufactures power and propulsion systems for aerospace, marine, defence and energy sectors.
In this role you will conduct short‑ and medium‑term load and capacity planning for the value stream, create and maintain output plans aligned with supply‑chain commitments, and ensure risks to delivery are identified, prioritised and escalated. You will also report on cost, delivery and headcount performance, work closely with stakeholders to achieve plans, and act as the voice of operations to programmes, procurement and shipping.
We are looking for someone with strong planning and prioritisation abilities, high attention to detail and a self‑directed approach to delivering key business outcomes. A reasonable level of SAP and Microsoft Office expertise, together with a willingness to learn new tools, is required. The role demands a team‑player who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, build strong relationships across the organisation, and remain organised and calm when faced with ambiguity.
