Description

• Remove, install, and start‑up new HVAC systems, including ductwork.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to improve installation processes and information flow.

• Request and verify required parts and equipment, ensuring the truck is properly loaded for each job.

Requirements

Morris-Jenkins is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina. If you enjoy visualizing project outcomes, improving processes, and seeing installations come together, you could be the ideal fit.

Successful candidates have several years of residential HVAC installation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service skills. They can work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and handle multiple tasks while exercising independent judgment.

• Work in tight spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on roofs; climb ladders safely.
• Minimum of two years residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and clean criminal background.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, independent judgment, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Basic computer proficiency; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to company values.
