Use Ingersoll Rand’ s IRPX phase gate process for new development and i2V (innovate to Value) projects.
Lead the design work with platform Startegy and make release plan with full ownership.
Design the new/Improved Vessel assembly, sheet metal cabinets, piping layout and Optmize part level/system level to make it compact and understand the clear understanding of the ease of manufacturability.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables meet business objectives and own the maximum ownership of Projects.
Create the system 3D Modeling, Parts/ Sub system, optimize the layout of copper piping, Sheetmetal, heat exchanger with Refrigerated air dryers.

Understand the PLM ECN process, Release plan, Implementation and follows best engineering practice.
3+ years of experience in selection and integration of copper piping, Sheetmetal, flanges and other mechanical components.
Strong understanding of design and manufacturing principles.
Proactive, self-motivating with ability to develop own priorities.
Must be fluent in English and very good ability in presentation skills
Understand the vapor compression system and components.
4~ 7 years of Experience in product engineering in any reputed Industrial engineering company.
Tool skills – excellent CAD skills in Creo.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
4+ years of hands-on experience in product development for industrial Product with Small-to- medium size packages, Preferably Industrial refrigeration products using Creo 6.0 or later versions.
BTech or equivalent in mechanical engineering / MTech in Design.
3+ years of hands-on experience in applying GD&T, Tolerance stake up, Weldment in drawings using international standards.
Ability to travel both domestic and international as and when required,
