NOTE - All Socket Welds are Visual & All Pipe Welds are X-RAY

NOTE - You are given two tries in a 16 hour (2 shift) time frame to produce one good socket. If neither try pass a visual inspection then the employee is washed out (released).

MUST be able to pass hair follicle drug screen

MUST be a US Citizen

Must be able to pass a background

NOTE - ALL WELDING IS GTAW

  • 6G Copper Nickle 3/8” thick wall pipe with Backing ring.
  • Copper Nickle .038 thin wall sockets in the 4F and 5F positions.
  • Carbon Steel .038 thin wall sockets in the 4F and 5F positions.
  • 6G Stainless Steel 3/8” thick wall pipe with Backing ring.
  • Stainless Steel .038 thin wall sockets in the 4F and 5F positions.
  • 6G Carbon Steel 3/8” thick wall pipe with Backing ring.
