Provide regular reports on project time accumulation, analyze time budget variances, recommend remedial actions
Advise and propose solutions on matters that could prevent meeting the project objectives, provide recommendations to optimize the overall project cost
Prepare forward looking project and business cash flow forecasts
Interface with other Project Controls and Cost Controllers to maintain integrated cost-schedule project control system
Provide regular reports on project cost status and cost deviations and recommend remedial actions
Guide Junior staff
Collaborate with Financial Shared Services Centre (FSSC) to initiate, review and issue client invoices
Provide timely and accurate cost report updates at the end of each reporting period for the project control accounts to warrant proper monthly cost report
Control project cost accounts, coordinate their opening and closing according to the schedule and project status
Contribute in the implementation of ECOSYS on the project.
Inform Manager whether proper progress measurement is in place for all project activities through the whole project cycle
Support the Project Manager in conducting cost risk analysis on a periodic basis
Prepare earned value analysis and progress reporting for all activities on project. Identify and explain variances between actual costs, plan, earned values and forecasts, communicate the reasons for the variances and identify the problem areas to the Project Manager
Interface with planners on the deliverables' progress to update estimate-to-complete
Open and setup a group of projects, monitor, control and report their performance through the whole project cycle according to the company procedures and general project control practices
Report on the areas of concern that could prevent meeting the project objectives
Coordinate change management process on the project
Performing accruals analysis on monthly basis.
Provide input to client reporting as per contract requirements
Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly forecast
Ensure proper commitment tracking and reporting for PO's

Minimum 10 years Cost Control experience.

Ability to work well with Clients and Alliance partners.
University degree (Bachelors)
Strong organizational skills are required with attention to details.
Solid understanding of accruals (Client/Vendor)
Strong analytical skills.
